SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY. PART 10. WHEN "I" TURNS TO "WE". THE TEAMWORK

Hello, everyone!

As I move on through the Course of Social Psychology, I keep on discovering new amazing things and mechanisms of the interaction of social beings.

The Module of this week is devoted to the concept of “Teamwork”.

The Module covers the following aspects:

·                Working in small groups
·                Efficiency of working in a Team
·                Team development
·                Communication in a Team – making decisions

Thanks to the Module, I gained new knowledge of how to achieve efficiency working in a team. Teamwork is a critical element of both the home and working environments. People must work well with one another, cooperating, collaborating on ideas, while doing their best to create successful outcomes.

When individuals come together as a team, each person tries to encourage and motivate everyone else as the focus remains on each talent and strength brought to the environment. These attributes build stronger relationships, the bond that cannot be broken. It creates a system where each person feels comfortable trying a different way to do things, ask questions, or seek out help when they might need it. Even if no common ground between the two parties is possible, each worker still can focus on the collective tasks necessary that will help to achieve a common goal.

Having studied the Module, I took the test.
My scores still remain high. This definitely encourages me to work harder in order to achieve good results and gain useful knowledge of Social psychology.
